The hotel is located beside Boulevard del Rio Cali, which is convenient, but unfortunately, my room was not the exact location I expected as it was where the gym should have been. The service was unexpectedly fantastic, especially for tourists like me, making my stay safe and enjoyable. The location is stunning, in line with the hotel's style, although I wouldn't recommend walking alone late at night. The dining experience was not flexible due to a standard menu, but the French pastries were excellent. Overall, the hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives worth considering.
